In cooperation with major suppliers, the feeding process ensures consistent performance with the received raw materials (laminates, PP, copper foil).

  1. Laser direct imaging equipment

The LDI equipment avoids line width changes due to dry film expansion/contraction, and at the same time produces a clearer image on the copper surface, resulting in higher accuracy in line etching.

  1. Etching equipment configuration

Once the impedance control PCB has been exposed to development it must be put into an etching machine for etching.
